about sesto / senso

Get to know your practitioner, what Nutritional Therapy is, and the meaning behind SESTO/SENSO WELLNESS.

about YOUR PRACTITIONER

Hi, I’m Bianca Russo, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a deep passion for helping women get to the root of their symptoms and feel their best.

My journey into functional health started with my own struggles—I spent over 10 years dealing with cystic acne, food sensitivities, and digestive issues. No quick fix ever worked, and deep down, I knew my body was trying to tell me something. I owed it to myself to figure out why.

That search became even more personal when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in college. Growing up in Italy, I always understood what high-quality food meant, but this diagnosis taught me that even the best ingredients weren’t enough on their own. Food is foundational, but true wellness is about so much more—digestion, stress, blood sugar balance, and working with your body instead of against it.

Once I began addressing the root causes instead of just managing symptoms, everything changed. Now, I help others do the same. My approach is personalized, practical, and science-backed, focusing on clear skin, better digestion, balanced energy, and lasting wellness—because your body isn’t asking for a quick fix. It’s asking for a reset.

If you’re ready to get to the bottom of what’s been holding you back, I’m here to help.
